Research interests

Dr. Al-Wagdani is interested in surface water hydrology field which include studies related to rainfall, runoff, watersheds and dams. He is expert in applying mathematical models for floods prediction. He is also interested in applications of GIS and digital elevation models as well as spatial databases in hydrology. He has worked with fractal analysis and their applications in hydrological fields. He is also the head of consulting office which provide hydrological consultations to private firms and governmental agencies.
